This winter, give yourself permission to slow down and recalibrate. Join me for a 75-minute virtual meditation designed for both beginners and experienced meditators who want to ground for the season, sharpen clarity and focus, release accumulated stress, and strengthen the ability to rest deeply.

What you’ll experience

  • Brief gentle movement: To allow the body to sit comfortably for a meditative practice.

  • Closing Relaxation: A restorative practice that allows the body and mind to experience ‘conscious rest,’ a type of rest that can be as rejuvenating as a long nap.
