The Details of Your Sessions

  • Comprehensive symptom and functional assessments

  • Advance care planning counseling

  • Lifestyle intervention prescriptions, focused on healthful eating plans, tailored exercise regimens, stress management techniques, and sleep health restoration, for the management of symptoms such as chronic pain, dyspnea, appetite loss, nausea/vomiting, insomnia, and anxiety

  • Monthly or bi-weekly consulting to adapt lifestyle interventions

  • Weekly, tailored therapeutic yoga sessions, consisting of adaptive physical postures, meditative practices, breathing techniques, and stress relief and relaxation practices, to reduce symptom burden, support improved physical and psychological function, and enhance quality of life

  • Monthly investment of $550/month

All sessions are 1:1 and offered in-person or virtual.
Working with me will not conflict with your other healthcare appointments.
Your monthly investment covers weekly, 75-minute sessions, which consist of lifestyle medicine consulting

for a portion of the sessions (1-2 times per month) and yoga therapy (weekly).
For the medical consulting portion, I am currently pending in-network status with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois,

which will allow my practice to bill your insurance directly, later in 2026.
No medications are prescribed in these sessions.
