Choose the flow that will allow you to move with ease and without risk of harm, strain, or discomfort.
The sun salutation flow aims to promote mobility in the spine, shoulders, and hips and to calm the mind.
Be mindful if you have back pain or spinal abnormalities, to keep the knees bent anytime you bend forward.
Avoid placing weight on your wrists, if you experience wrist pain or wrist joint instability.
For any of the above issues, consider the chair variation.
