Each session begins with a rejuvenating yoga flow designed for all levels of experience, aimed to awaken the body and focus the mind for the day ahead.
No yoga experience is required. These flows will include standing, floor, and chair based options.

Following the flow, we’ll move to our kitchens to whip together simple, delicious, and whole-food plant-based options to fuel your day.
You’ll learn about important nutrients that have been shown to support physical and mental health.

And no, I’m not a chef!
These kitchen demonstrations will be focused on the latest research updates behind whole-food, plant-based eating (NOT fancy cooking techniques!).
